[2/219] رجال الكشي: محمد بن مسعود، عن الفضل بن شاذان، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن عدة من أصحابنا قال: كان أبو عبد الله عليه السلام إذا نظر إلى الفضيل بن يسار مقبلا قال: بَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ و كان يقول: إن فضيلا من أصحاب أبي و إني لأحب الرجل أن يحب أصحاب أبيه

2. [2/219] Rijal al-Kashshi: Muhammad b. Masud from al-Fadhl b. Shadhan from Ibn Abi Umayr from a number of our companions who said: When Abu Abdillah عليه السلام used to look at al-Fudhayl b. Yasar approaching he would say: “give glad tidings to the humble” (22:34), and he used to say: Fudhayl was one of the companions of my father and I do love it for a man that he loves the companions of his father.
