حدثنا هارون بن إسحاق الهمداني، حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان، عن هشام بن عروة، عن أبيه، عن عائشة، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ إن الحمى من فيح جهنم فأبردوها بالماء ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Aishah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) said: "Fever is from the heat of the Hell, so cool it with water."
