Jami' al-Tirmidhi · Hadith 250

حدثنا أبو كريب، محمد بن العلاء حدثنا زيد بن حباب، حدثني مالك بن أنس، حدثنا الزهري، عن سعيد بن المسيب، وأبي، سلمة عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ إذا أمن الإمام فأمنوا فإنه من وافق تأمينه تأمين الملائكة غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قال أبو عيسى حديث أبي هريرة حديث حسن صحيح ‏.‏

Abu Hurairah narrated that : the Prophet said "When the Imam says 'Amin' then (all of you) say 'Amin.' For whoever's 'Amin' concurs with the 'Amin' of the angels, then his past sins will be forgiven."
