حدثنا محمد بن بشار، حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد، عن سفيان، قال حدثني زبيد الأيامي، عن إبراهيم، عن مسروق، عن عبد الله، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ ليس منا من شق الجيوب وضرب الخدود ودعا بدعوة الجاهلية ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قال أبو عيسى هذا حديث حسن صحيح ‏.‏

Abdullah narrated that: The Prophet said: "He who slaps (his) cheeks, tears (his) clothes and calls with the call of the Jahliyyah is not one of us."
