حدثنا علي بن عبد الله، حدثنا سفيان، قال أبو النضر عن أبي سلمة، عن عائشة رضى الله عنها أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يصلي ركعتين فإن كنت مستيقظة حدثني وإلا اضطجع‏.‏ قلت لسفيان فإن بعضهم يرويه ركعتى الفجر‏.‏ قال سفيان هو ذاك‏.‏

Narrated `Aisha: After offering the two rak`at (Sunna) the Prophet (p.b.u.h) used to talk to me, if I happen to be awake; otherwise he would lie down.
