Sahih Bukhari · Hadith 2204

حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف، أخبرنا مالك، عن نافع، عن عبد الله بن عمر رضى الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ من باع نخلا قد أبرت فثمرها للبائع، إلا أن يشترط المبتاع ‏"‏‏.‏

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "If somebody sells pollinated date palms, the fruits will be for the seller unless the buyer stipulates that they will be for himself (and the seller agrees).
