حدثنا سليمان بن حرب، حدثنا حماد بن زيد، عن هشام، عن أبيه، عن عائشة رضى الله عنها قالت كان الناس يتحرون بهداياهم يومي‏.‏ وقالت أم سلمة إن صواحبي اجتمعن‏.‏ فذكرت له، فأعرض عنها‏.‏

Narrated `Aisha: The people used to send gifts to the Prophet on the day of my turn. Um Salama said: "My companions (the wives of the Prophet Other than Aisha) gathered and they complained about it. So I informed the Prophet about it on their behalf, but he remained silent.
