Sahih Bukhari · Hadith 2716

حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف، أخبرنا مالك، عن نافع، عن عبد الله بن عمر رضى الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ من باع نخلا قد أبرت فثمرتها للبائع إلا أن يشترط المبتاع ‏"‏‏.‏

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "If someone sells pollinated date-palms, their fruits will be for the seller, unless the buyer stipulates the contrary."
