Sahih Bukhari · Hadith 3315

حدثنا عبد الله بن مسلمة، أخبرنا مالك، عن عبد الله بن دينار، عن عبد الله بن عمر رضى الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ خمس من الدواب من قتلهن وهو محرم فلا جناح عليه العقرب، والفأرة، والكلب العقور، والغراب، والحدأة ‏"‏‏.‏

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, "It is not sinful of a person in the state of Ihram to kill any of these five animals: The scorpion, the rat, the rabid dog, the crow and the kite."
