Sahih Bukhari · Hadith 3403

حدثني إسحاق بن نصر، حدثنا عبد الرزاق، عن معمر، عن همام بن منبه، أنه سمع أبا هريرة رضى الله عنه يقول قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ قيل لبني إسرائيل ادخلوا الباب سجدا وقولوا حطة‏.‏ فبدلوا فدخلوا يزحفون على أستاههم، وقالوا حبة في شعرة ‏"‏‏.‏

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "It was said to Bani Israel, Enter the gate (of the town) with humility (prostrating yourselves) and saying: "Repentance", but they changed the word and entered the town crawling on their buttocks and saying: "A wheat grain in the hair."
