Military Expeditions led by the Prophet (pbuh) (Al-Maghaazi) - كتاب المغازى
حدثني محمد بن عباد، أخبرنا ابن عيينة، قال أنفذه لنا ابن الأصبهاني سمعه من ابن معقل، أن عليا رضى الله عنه كبر على سهل بن حنيف فقال إنه شهد بدرا.
Narrated Ibn Maqal: `Ali led the funeral prayer of Sahl bin Hunaif and said, "He was one of the warriors of Badr."
