وقال عبد الله بن براد حدثنا أبو أسامة، حدثنا هشام، عن أبيه، عن عبد الله بن الزبير، قال أمر الله نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يأخذ العفو من أخلاق الناس. أو كما قال.
Narrated Sa`id bin Jubair: I asked Ibn `Abbas regarding Surat-al-Anfal. He said, "It was revealed in connection with the Battle of Badr."
