حدثنا أبو نعيم، حدثنا سفيان، عن علقمة بن مرثد، عن أبي عبد الرحمن السلمي، عن عثمان بن عفان، قال قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ إن أفضلكم من تعلم القرآن وعلمه ‏"‏‏.‏

Narrated `Uthman bin `Affan: The Prophet said, "The most superior among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it."
