حدثنا محمد بن مقاتل، أخبرنا عبد الله، أخبرنا عاصم بن سليمان، عن الشعبي، أنه سمع جابر بن عبد الله، يقول قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ إذا أطال أحدكم الغيبة فلا يطرق أهله ليلا ‏"‏‏.‏

Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah: Allah's Apostle said, "When anyone of you is away from his house for a long time, he should not return to his family at night."
