حدثنا يعقوب بن إبراهيم، قال حدثنا أبو أسامة، قال حدثنا عبيد الله، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، قال كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وأبو بكر وعمر رضى الله عنهما يصلون العيدين قبل الخطبة‏.‏

Narrated Ibn `Umar: Allah's Apostle, Abu Bakr and `Umar! used to offer the two `Id prayers before delivering the Khutba.
