Sahih Muslim · Hadith 1657

وحدثنا يحيى بن يحيى، وقتيبة بن سعيد، وأبو بكر بن أبي شيبة وعمرو الناقد كلهم عن ابن عيينة، - قال عمرو حدثنا سفيان، - عن الزهري، عن سالم، عن أبيه، رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يجمع بين المغرب والعشاء إذا جد به السير ‏.‏

Salim reported from his father to be saying: I saw the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) combining the sunset and Isha' prayers when he was in a hurry on a journey.
