Sahih Muslim · Hadith 303

وحدثني شيبان بن فروخ، وعبد الله بن محمد بن أسماء الضبعي، قالا حدثنا مهدي، - وهو ابن ميمون - حدثنا واصل الأحدب، عن أبي وائل، عن حذيفة، أنه بلغه أن رجلا، ينم الحديث فقال حذيفة سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول ‏"‏ لا يدخل الجنة نمام ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It is reported from Hudhaifa that news reached him (the Holy Prophet) that a certain man carried tales. Upon this Hudhaifa remarked: I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) saying: The tale-bearer shall not enter Paradise.
