Sahih Muslim · Hadith 3327

حدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا جرير، عن مغيرة، عن إبراهيم، عن سهم بن، منجاب عن قزعة، عن أبي سعيد الخدري، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ لا تسافر المرأة ثلاثا إلا مع ذي محرم ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Abu Sa'id (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: A woman should not set out on three (days') journey, but in the company of a Mahram.
