قال ابن شهاب أخبرني سعيد بن خالد بن عمرو بن عثمان، وأنا أحدثه، هذا الحديث ‏.‏ أنه سأل عروة بن الزبير عن الوضوء، مما مست النار فقال عروة سمعت عائشة، زوج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم تقول قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ توضئوا مما مست النار ‏"‏ ‏.‏

'Urwa reported on the authority of'A'isha, the wife of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), saying this: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said. Perform ablution (after eating) anything touched by fire.
