Sahih Muslim · Hadith 421

حدثنا أبو سعيد الأشج، وإسحاق بن إبراهيم، - قال إسحاق أخبرنا وقال الأشج، حدثنا - وكيع، حدثنا الأعمش، عن إبراهيم التيمي، عن أبيه، عن أبي ذر، قال سألت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن قول الله تعالى ‏{‏ والشمس تجري لمستقر لها‏}‏ قال ‏"‏ مستقرها تحت العرش ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Abu Dharr reported: I asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) the (implication of the) words of Allah, the Exalted: The sun glides to its appointed resting place. He replied: Its appointed resting place is under the Throne.
