Sahih Muslim · Hadith 4288

حدثنا يحيى بن حبيب الحارثي، حدثنا خالد، - يعني ابن الحارث - حدثنا سعيد، عن قتادة، عن عطاء، عن جابر، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال ‏"‏ العمرى ميراث لأهلها ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Jabir b. Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: Life grant is the heritage of one upon whom it is conferred.
