Sahih Muslim · Hadith 4565

حدثنا محمد بن رمح بن المهاجر، أخبرنا الليث، عن أيوب بن موسى، عن الأسود، بن العلاء عن أبي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن، عن أبي هريرة، عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال ‏"‏ البئر جرحها جبار والمعدن جرحه جبار والعجماء جرحها جبار وفي الركاز الخمس ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The wound caused (by falling) in the well, in the mine, and caused bv the animal has no requital for it; and there is one-fifth (for the government) in the buried treasure.
