حدثني محمد بن المثنى، حدثنا عبد الرحمن، عن سفيان، عن منصور بن صفية، عن أمه، عن عائشة، قالت توفي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وقد شبعنا من الأسودين الماء والتمر .
'A'isha reported that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) had died in a state that they could afford to eat two things only: water and dates.
