Sunan Abi Da'ud · Hadith 1345

حدثنا محمد بن بشار، حدثنا ابن أبي عدي، عن سعيد، بهذا الحديث قال ابن بشار بنحو حديث يحيى بن سعيد إلا أنه قال ‏:‏ ويسلم تسليمة يسمعنا ‏.‏

This tradition has also been transmitted by Sa'id through a different chain of narrators to the same effect. Ibn Bashshar narrated the tradition like that of Yahya b. Sa'id. His version has: He uttered the salutation in a way that we could hear it.
