Sunan Abi Da'ud · Hadith 1594

حدثنا محمد بن المثنى، ومحمد بن يحيى بن فياض، قالا حدثنا عبد الوهاب، حدثنا عبيد الله، عن رجل، عن مكحول، عن عراك بن مالك، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ ليس في الخيل والرقيق زكاة إلا زكاة الفطر في الرقيق ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: No sadaqah is due on a horse or a slave except that given at the breaking of the fast (at the end of Ramadan).
