حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن المبارك العيشي، قال حدثنا سفيان بن حبيب، قال حدثنا شعبة، عن أبي العنبس، عن أبي الشعثاء، عن ابن عباس، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم جعل فداء أهل الجاهلية يوم بدر أربعمائة ‏.‏

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) fixed the ransom of the people of pre-Islamic Arabia at four hundred dirhams per head on the day of the battle of Badr.
