Sunan Abi Da'ud · Hadith 2909

حدثنا مسدد، حدثنا سفيان، عن الزهري، عن علي بن حسين، عن عمرو بن عثمان، عن أسامة بن زيد، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ لا يرث المسلم الكافر ولا الكافر المسلم ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Usamah b. Zaid: The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: A Muslim may not inherit from an infidel nor an infidel from a Muslim.
