Sunan Abi Da'ud · Hadith 2911

حدثنا موسى بن إسماعيل، حدثنا حماد، عن حبيب المعلم، عن عمرو بن شعيب، عن أبيه، عن جده عبد الله بن عمرو، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ لا يتوارث أهل ملتين شتى ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: people of two different religions would not inherit from one another.
