Sunan Abi Da'ud · Hadith 3208

حدثنا إسحاق بن إسماعيل، حدثنا حكام بن سلم، عن علي بن عبد الأعلى، عن أبيه، عن سعيد بن جبير، عن ابن عباس، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ اللحد لنا والشق لغيرنا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The niche in the side of the grave is for us and the excavation in the middle is for others.
