حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد النفيلي، حدثنا سفيان، عن إبراهيم بن ميسرة، سمع عمرو بن الشريد، سمع أبا رافع، سمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول ‏"‏ الجار أحق بسقبه ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Abu Rafi': The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: A neighbor has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbor.
