Sunan Abi Da'ud · Hadith 3852

حدثنا أحمد بن يونس، حدثنا زهير، حدثنا سهيل بن أبي صالح، عن أبيه، عن أبي هريرة، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ من نام وفي يده غمر ولم يغسله فأصابه شىء فلا يلومن إلا نفسه ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone spends the night with grease on his hand which he has not washed away, he can blame only himself if some trouble comes to him.
