Sunan Abi Da'ud · Hadith 4036

حدثنا موسى بن إسماعيل، حدثنا حماد، ح وحدثنا موسى، حدثنا سليمان، - يعني ابن المغيرة - المعنى - عن حميد بن هلال، عن أبي بردة، قال دخلت على عائشة - رضى الله عنها - فأخرجت إلينا إزارا غليظا مما يصنع باليمن وكساء من التي يسمونها الملبدة فأقسمت بالله أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قبض في هذين الثوبين ‏.‏

Narrated Abu Burdah: I entered upon 'Aishah, and she brought a coarse lower garment that was manufactured in the Yemen and a patched garment called mulabbadah. She swore by Allah that the spirit of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was taken in these two clothes.
