Sunan Abi Da'ud · Hadith 4074

حدثنا محمد بن كثير، أخبرنا همام، عن قتادة، عن مطرف، عن عائشة، - رضى الله عنها - قالت صنعت لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بردة سوداء فلبسها فلما عرق فيها وجد ريح الصوف فقذفها ‏.‏ قال وأحسبه قال وكان تعجبه الريح الطيبة ‏.‏

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: I made a black cloak for the Prophet (ﷺ) and he put it on; but when he sweated in it and noticed the odour of the wool, he threw it away. The narrator said: I think he said: He liked good smell.
