Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud) - كتاب الحدود
وبهذا الإسناد قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " ليس على الخائن قطع " .
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: He also said through this chain: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Cutting of the hand is not to be inflicted on one who is treacherous.
