Sunan Abi Da'ud · Hadith 4980

حدثنا أبو الوليد الطيالسي، حدثنا شعبة، عن منصور، عن عبد الله بن يسار، عن حذيفة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ لا تقولوا ما شاء الله وشاء فلان ولكن قولوا ما شاء الله ثم شاء فلان ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Narrated Hudhayfah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Do not say: "What Allah wills and so and so wills," but say: "What Allah wills and afterwards so and so wills.
