حدثنا مسدد، حدثنا يزيد بن زريع، حدثنا شعبة، بهذا الحديث قال ‏"‏ صل على محمد وعلى آل محمد كما صليت على إبراهيم ‏"‏ ‏.‏

This tradition has also been reported by Shu’bah through a different chain of narrators. This version adds: Bless Muhammad and Muhammad’s family as Thou didst bless Abraham.
