حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" لَا تُوَرَّثُ الْإِخْوَةُ مِنْ الْأُمِّ مِنْ الدِّيَةِ "
