حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا أَقَرَّ بَعْضُ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ، فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ "
