أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ :" لَا يَرِثُ الْقَاتِلُ "
