Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 1860

أخبرنا علي بن خشرم، قال حدثنا عيسى، عن الأعمش، ح أنبأنا الحسن بن إسماعيل، قال حدثنا ابن إدريس، عن الأعمش، عن عبد الله بن مرة، عن مسروق، عن عبد الله، قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ ليس منا من ضرب الخدود وشق الجيوب ودعا بدعاء الجاهلية ‏"‏ ‏.‏ واللفظ لعلي وقال الحسن ‏"‏ بدعوى ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated that 'Abdullah said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'He is not one of us who strikes his cheeks, rends his garment, calls out the calls of the Jahiliyyah."'
