Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 2495

أخبرنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم، قال حدثنا سفيان، عن الزهري، عن سعيد، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ح وأخبرنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم، قال أنبأنا عبد الرزاق، قال حدثنا معمر، عن الزهري، عن سعيد، وأبي، سلمة عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ العجماء جرحها جبار والبئر جبار والمعدن جبار وفي الركاز الخمس ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said: "The injuries caused by the beast are without liability, [2] and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz."
