Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 3258

أخبرنا محمد بن العلاء، وأحمد بن حرب، قالا حدثنا أبو معاوية، عن الأعمش، عن إبراهيم، عن الأسود، عن عائشة، تزوجها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وهي بنت تسع ومات عنها وهي بنت ثماني عشرة ‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah married her when she was nine and he died when she was eighteen years old.
