Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 3714

أخبرنا محمد بن حاتم، قال أنبأنا حبان، قال حدثنا عبد الله، عن حنظلة، أنه سمع طاوسا، يقول قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ لا تحل الرقبى فمن أرقب رقبى فهو سبيل الميراث ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Hanzalah narrated that he heard Tawus say: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Ruqba is not permissible. Whoever is given something on the basis of Ruqba, it is part of his estate.'"
