Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 4355

أخبرنا قتيبة، قال حدثنا ابن أبي فديك، عن ابن أبي ذئب، عن سعيد بن خالد، عن سعيد بن المسيب، عن عبد الرحمن بن عثمان، أن طبيبا، ذكر ضفدعا في دواء عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فنهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن قتله ‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Uthman that: a physician made mention of the use of frogs in a remedy in the presence of the Messenger of Allah and the Messengher of Allah forbade killing them. (sahih)
