Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 4611

أخبرنا عمرو بن علي، وحميد بن مسعدة، عن يزيد، قال حدثنا أيوب، عن عمرو بن شعيب، عن أبيه، عن جده، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ لا يحل سلف وبيع ولا شرطان في بيع ولا بيع ما ليس عندك ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father that his grandfather, Said: that the Messenger of Allah said: "It is not permissible to lend on the condition of a sale, or to have two conditions in one transaction, or to sell what you do not have." (Sahih
