Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 4629

أخبرنا إسماعيل بن مسعود، عن خالد، عن حسين المعلم، عن عمرو بن شعيب، عن أبيه، عن جده، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن سلف وبيع وشرطين في بيع وربح ما لم يضمن ‏.‏

It was narrated from 'Amr bin shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that: the Messenger of Allah prohibited lending on the condition of a sale, or to have two conditions in one transaction, or to profit from what you do not posses.
