Sunan an-Nasa'i · Hadith 4860

أخبرنا محمد بن المثنى، قال حدثنا معاذ بن هشام، قال حدثني أبي، عن قتادة، عن النضر بن أنس، عن بشير بن نهيك، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ‏"‏ من اطلع في بيت قوم بغير إذنهم ففقئوا عينه فلا دية له ولا قصاص ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said: "Whoever looks into a house without the permission of the occupants and they put out his eye, he has no right to blood money or retaliation."
