The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief - كتاب قطع السارق
أخبرني محمد بن إسماعيل بن إبراهيم، قال حدثنا أبو نعيم، عن سفيان، عن أيوب، وإسماعيل بن أمية، وعبيد الله، وموسى بن عقبة، عن نافع، عن ابن عمر، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قطع في مجن قيمته ثلاثة دراهم .
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that: the Messenger of Allah cut off (a thief's hand) for a shield that was worth three Dirhams.
