The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief - كتاب قطع السارق
أخبرني يحيى بن درست، قال حدثنا أبو إسماعيل، قال حدثنا يحيى بن أبي كثير، أن محمد بن عبد الرحمن، حدثه عن عمرة، عن عائشة، قالت كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقطع اليد في ربع دينار فصاعدا .
It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah used to cut off the (thief's) hand for one-quarter of a Dinar or more."
