The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief - كتاب قطع السارق
أخبرنا قتيبة، قال حدثنا جرير، عن منصور، عن عطاء، ومجاهد، عن أيمن، قال لا يقطع السارق في أقل من ثمن المجن .
It was narrated that Ayman said: "The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield." (Daif Mawquf)
